WE KINDLY ASK FOR 24 HOUR NOTICE FOR ANY CANCELLATION OR RESCHEDULING.
NO SHOWS AND SAME DAY CANCELLATIONS WILL RESULT IN 100% OF SCHEDULED SERVICE AS WE RESERVED AN APPOINTMENT SPECIALLY FOR YOUR PET.
CLIENTS WHO REPEATEDLY CANCEL, NO-SHOW, OR ARRIVE EXCESSIVELY LATE WILL BE REQUIRED TO PREPAY FOR FUTURE APPOINTMENTS.
PETS ARRIVING MORE THAN 15 MINUTES LATE MAY NEED TO BE RESHEDULED AND MAY BE SUBJECT TO A CANCELLATION FEE.
